Yesterday was a little wild. I’m just gonna give you something that might actually be useful. From all my research this is what I believe is the bare minimum to maintain a human being. You can do more but at least aim for this before complaining about everything.

Every day
2–3 litres of the best quality Water I can get
2–3 Meals of the best quality I can afford, they should be fun
2–3 Exercises, physical, emotional, creative, mental, fast/slow, just get that good feeling

Every week
2–3 great nights of high quality undisturbed Sleep, wake up alive
2–3 moments of genuine Gratefulness
Make 2–3 pieces or Art/critiques of art that moves you

Every month
2–3 great hangouts with my Friends
2–3 meaningful Sexual experiences
2–3 moments of Grief, accepting change

Every year
2–3 Challenges, lent, ramadan, marathon etc
2–3 Adventures, mainly getting lost for me
2–3 moments when I’m thanked by someone for my Service

I don’t expect this of myself like a fanatic, its actually quite hard to force some these. It’s a learning process, I just note and keep track. I trust that my subconscious is manoeuvring. Imagine how it’d feel to to reach these with sustainable flow.

Advice: When pursuing this, note, it’s impossible to ignore that you could die at any point, it’s okay. If you’re breathing, good. Be sure to slow down and get joy from the roses. You want being on heavens path itself to be heavenly too.
